Two roads, one story: Chaos
He said the traffic police was ready to work out a solution with the college authorities. On its part, the traffic police can only focus on regulating the traffic inflow and every effort is being made in this regard, he added. Shopkeepers in the area suggest that the college should use its back gate during peak hours to make sure that commuters taking the main road are not put to unnecessary inconvenience. The proposal to make the road one way also fizzled out because students of the college were against it. The rickshaws can be parked at a relatively open space and the students should be asked to walk some distance, said one of the shopkeepers. Principal Neelam Kamra, however, declined to comment saying she was busy in meetings. Elaborate plans, however, are afoot to control traffic situation, says the SSP.

Healthy looking Winehouse off to jailhouse
Off to visit her imprisoned husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, at Pentonville, it's fair to say that the recent problems facing Amy Winehouse have not all disappeared. However, her last week in rehab, forced upon her by her father Mitch after recent images of her openly smoking crack cocaine, seems to have brought a little more colour into her cheeks. Swapping her usual scowl for a hearty smile for the lenses, Amy was snapped leaving her new rehab home looking healthier and less skeletal than in recent weeks. But Winehouse may be banned from the Grammys after she was questioned by police in London about crack cocaine. The singer was interviewed under caution at a clinic in connection with video footage which allegedly showed her smoking the drug.
Jordan unfazed by Korea DPR test
Although their fairy tale last-eight finish in England 1966 represented the undoubted high-point of their largely unremarkable football history, Korea DPR remain a mysterious force in Asia that none of their continental rivals dare underestimate. For Jordan, however, who play host to the North Koreans in Amman on 6 February in the sides' opening fixture in the third round of Asian qualifiers for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™, their visitors hold no fears. There is a historical basis for such confidence, with memories still fresh of an emphatic 3-0 victory over the Koreans in an AFC Asian Cup qualifier in 2003, a result that proved crucial in helping the Jordanians progress to their first-ever continental finals, in which they reached the quarter-finals. More important to morale than this fond memory, however, has been the series of impressive recent friendly results racked up by Nelo Vingada's team, whose declared target is to qualify for the final stage of Asian qualify by emerging from a section that also includes Korea Republic and Turkmenistan.
Oh, Joy: Britney Has Sex in Public. Again...
They were making weird noises. It was disgusting". Ta-da! Big drum roll, please... Britney had sex with her paparazzi boyfriend in a dressing room? Yes, I'm sure that must have been such a sight... "I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She was slurring and spitting, and talking with a British accent" stated the salesgirl. "Her face was covered with cold sores and acne, and her scalp was patchy. I wanted to help her, but she was so mean that I left her alone. Then she muttered, 'F**k you!' and left the store". I really think that doesn't need any more comments. It's just too classy for words... .
Dale Jr. completes NASCAR's perfect start
No shootout winner has gone on to win the Daytona 500 that season since Dale Jarrett did it in 2000. Also, let's not forget that Saturday's race featured only 23 cars for 70 laps. Among those not eligible for the race since they didn't win a pole last year or have never won this race were: Defending Daytona 500 champ Kevin Harvick, Matt Kenseth, Kyle Busch and Jeff Burton, among others. Still, Earnhardt's perforamce was impressive. So what did we learn from Saturday night? 1. These guys can drive these cars. No doubt these cars don't handle as well. It will be interseting to see what happens with a 43-car field but the worries about a chaotic race went unfulfilled. There was a four-car crash but you're going to have that in restrictor-plate race.
Clinton: Hillary has helped New Orleans
I am pretty sure that Hillary had every intention to run for president when she decided to "help" New Orleans after "the event" on August 29 2005. Did she do it and ask for nothing in return or did she do it in anticipation of getting the louisiana votes in '08. Let your actions speak for itself. If you have to tell people what you did for the city Post-Katrina, then most likely you were not doing much at all. But, if her actions back then were so great, then we would not need to be reminded to vote for her in the upcoming primary and election. .
