Little defends Red Dragons

Wrexham boss Brian Little defended his players after a mass brawl marred their 0-0 draw at high-flying Peterborough United.

Posh manager Darren Ferguson was fuming after seeing his goalkeeper Joe Lewis stretchered off following a clash with Dragons defender Steve Evans, but Little played down any intent in the incident.

He told BBC Sport Wales: "Steve was a little bit late with challenge, but I thought that he genuinely went for the ball.

"He scored a header from an identical situation last week. I'm 100 per cent sure that it was an accident, Steve's eyes didn't leave the ball.

"We are fighting like crazy to stay up. The gameplan is about pressure, but the last thing in the world we are is over-physical.

"However, the brawl shouldn't have happened, we need to be better behaved than that."

How to have a midlife crisis in 10 easy steps

So, once you are committed, try not to tell too many people that you are planning to go off on a motorcycle adventure. For everybody - everybody - will have a story to tell you about a friend of a friend who did something similar. This friend of a friend always dies.

2. Make sure you can ride a motorbike

I recommend BMW's rider training centre in South Wales (bmwridertraining.com), in the small town of Ystradgynlais: light on vowels but heavy on pensioners crossing the road without looking, thus handy for practising those emergency stops.

Once you've got yourself a bike (I went for the BMW R1200GS, because I have no imagination and it was good enough for Ewan McGregor), you'll need some luggage. I opted for a couple of Ortlieb Dry Bags and Metal Mule panniers - chunky aluminium boxes that, combined with the bags, turn your previously sleek bike into the sort of overladen vehicle normally only seen fleeing war zones.

Defiant Amy Winehouse wins big at Grammys

Tried to make me go to rehab, I won't go, go, go," she pledged in the former, even though rehab is exactly where she's been spending a lot of time, lately. "I told you, I was trouble," she sang, dolefully, on the latter. When "Rehab" was named Record of the Year, she seemed overwhelmed, covering her face and collapsing into the arms of her backing musicians. The crowd in London chanted "Amy, Amy." Recovering her composure, she gave a brief acceptance speech, thanking her parents, her business and music associates, and her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil. Winehouse had been nominated for six Grammys, and won five of them, including Record, Song (songwriting) and New Artist of the Year. Also, Mark Ronson was named Producer of the Year, largely for his work with her.

Pick 'n' roll: Friday's best NBA bets

New Orleans went on a tear in January at 12-2 straight up and ATS. Maybe not talked about as much is the Hornets' tendency to go over the total lately too.

The over/under went 9-5 in January while New Orleans found its shooting touch and scored fewer than 100 points only three times during the incredible winning spree. The biggest factor in the turnaround is that the Hornets are now getting contributions from everyone on the floor and bench.

New Orleans has been whipping the ball around, making teams dizzy while they chase it, and the first guy who's open just drains the shot. Even guys like 6-foot-9 reserve forward Ryan Bowen. He averaged 6.5 points in 14.8 minutes in the four games before a loss to Golden State on Wednesday.

"Teams are just leaving me wide open," Bowen told the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
